For the planets, there is only one placement where criminals are ported off too. This said place has chains that connect it to every planet, it gathering every caught criminal from each and every place. It rarely, though, gets criminals from Iiyrilia, being they sacrifice their criminals to their gods.
No one, but the criminals and officers who work there, know of what happens inside those castle-like walls, and no one outside of those walls truly want to find out. Cruel things are done here, and it would be horrendous for anyone to escape, which hasn't happened in over 500 years. Their security is extremely high, and the officers are trained mentally, emotionally, and physically, to be able to work there.
